Xbox Game Pass Could Be Coming To Nintendo Switch Which Makes Complete Sense Shannon Grixti

We've known for quite a while now that Nintendo and Microsoft are having a very good relationship during this generation.

Could Xbox Game Pass come to Nintendo Switch?

Earlier today, we reported on the rumor that Microsoft will soon be bringing an Xbox app and Xbox Game Pass to the Nintendo Switch.

You can check out Direct Feed Gaming's video above for their full breakdown of the rumor, including the claim that Ori and the Blind Forest is coming to Switch.

Xbox Game Pass and by extension the Project xCloud game streaming platform will reportedly be accessible to Switch players later this year.

Like any report, this should be taken with a grain of salt, but with Game Informer putting its weight behind the claims, it all of sudden looks a lot more likely.

This is not a totally outrageous statement, considering the details Microsoft unveiled on Project xCloud late a year ago. Nintendo has been more amicable towards Microsoft. We've seen titles like Doom make the leap, so it isn't exactly insane to think that games like Anthem might one day make the transition too.

To start off, I think Ori would be a ideal title for the Nintendo Switch. Users have been able to play the game for a few days now if they preordered one of the more expensive packages, or if they have an EA Access or Origin Premiere account.
