Kelly is not allowed to contact the alleged victims, witnesses or anybody under the age of 18!

"When I was little I used do karaoke at that rock & roll McDonald's on 30 and he came SEVERAL times", another person alleged in a tweet from January.

R&B star R. Kelly's attorney has entered a not guilty plea on his client's behalf to multiple charges of criminal sexual abuse. His lawyer, Steve Greenberg, says Kelly's confidants are making arrangements to pay his $100,000 bail, but that coordinating the payment is complicated. Avenatti previously gave prosecutors a video he said showed Kelly having sex with an underage girl. If S.E. stands for Stephanie Edwards, a.k.a the singer Sparkle, it's possible this is the same tape as the one featured in the 2008 trial, because Sparkle has repeatedly identified the girl in that original tape as her niece.

"Each of these witnesses describe a decadeslong system of abuse by Mr. Kelly of underage girls".

Kelly does not have the career he had more than a decade ago when he faced child pornography charges and was acquitted.

The latest video was said to be shot around the year 2000. "It is approximately 55 minutes in length", Avenatti said. Mr. Kelly is strong.

The lawyer says he has learned of a third tape but did not provide details about it.

Kelly's attorney warned against judging his client too quickly.

His lawyer, Steve Greenberg, had said on Saturday that Kelly was not as rich as his fame would suggest.

"All of this is ridiculously premature", he said.

At Monday's hearing, Kelly's case was assigned to the judge who would preside over the trial, Cook County Associate Judge Lawrence Flood.

Bond was set on Saturday at $1 million, and Kelly remained locked up over the weekend.

But Kelly has had a spate of financial problems, including unpaid rent and unpaid child support. Kelly reportedly "really doesn't have any money at this point" due to "mismanagement, ' 'hangers-on" and 'bad deals'.

Attorney Gloria Allred is pushing back against R. Kelly's lawyer's assertion that the women who have accused the R&B singer of sexually abusing them are lying. His next court hearing is scheduled for March 22.

Kelly's DNA was found in semen on one of the accuser's shirts, and semen found on a shirt worn by another was submitted for DNA testing, Foxx said.

"I can confirm that we will be providing a second video showing R. Kelly engaged in sexual assault of a minor to prosecutors this morning".

'The state is trying to make him do that, or they were, ' Greenberg continued, 'but the judge said no'.

The walls began closing in on Kelly after the release of a BBC documentary about him past year and the multipart Lifetime documentary Surviving R. Kelly, which aired last month.

Court documents show a judge signed an eviction order in January. The charges were announced on Friday and Kelly turned himself in to police hours later.
