Speculation about the Spice Girls reuniting for a tour has bubbled since they last joined together to perform at the London Olympics in 2012.
Earlier on Monday, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm, Geri Horner and Emma Bunton announced they would play a six-date United Kingdom stadium tour in June next year as a four-piece, without Victoria Beckham.
Because of her business commitments Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, won't be joining the girls on tour, but according to the girls themselves, Beckham will always be one of the Spice Girls and remains aligned with Emma, Mel B, Melanie C and Geri in preserving their unique legacy.
"We are beyond excited to be reuniting next year for a stadium tour!" the girls said in a statement released via Modest!
The group has said that tickets will go on sale on Saturday 10 November at 10.30am on Ticketmaster.
The popstars will perform in Manchester, Coventry, Sunderland, Edinburgh, Bristol and London, and rumour has it they'll be announcing a world tour very soon, so keep your eyes peeled for additional dates.
Mel B last week made a dig at Beckham after dressing up as her fellow Spice Girl and holding a sign reading: "NO I AM NOT GOING ON TOUR".
If this is not enough fireworks for fans to take, they will be appearing together on The Jonathan Ross Show the following Saturday.
"I've said it sooo many times I'm beside myself it's actually happening yipppeeee".
"I am so excited, together we celebrate girl power with our fans and the next generation and everyone is welcome!"
The Spice Girls were huge in the 90s.
The Spice Girls previously performed as a four-piece for two years after Horner quit the band in 1998.
It's been a decade since the band toured and it's already being predicted that the tour announcement will 'break the internet.' Indeed, social media went into a frenzy back in February when all five members reunited at Geri Horner's North London home - presumedly to discuss the upcoming tour. Will you be getting tickets to one of their shows?
